Before launching her own firm, Julie served as vice president and human services practice leader at the Development Services Group. She has also held executive positions at ICF International, The Finance Project and the National Association for State Community Services Programs (NASCSP), and served as program director at Prevent Child Abuse, Metropolitan Washington and the Epilepsy Foundation of National Capitol Area.
